Randolph S. [Randy] Voller brings over 10 years of real estate experience to Voller Realty & Construction. Randy's been active in real estate brokerage, real estate appraisal and research, and construction and development. Since 1995 he's worked primarily on development, for example:
Voller Realty & Construction acquired, planned, and rezoned over 100 acres of land in Pittsboro, NC to develop Chatham Forest. An ongoing project with over 200 lots upon completion with city water and sewer and underground utilities.
Voller Realty & Construction helped plan, zone and develop Smuggler's Cove, a private, large-lot, water-front community of 80+ lots east of Washington, NC.
Voller Realty & Construction successfully rezoned Pagemoor, an 11 acre, 37-lot community with city water and sewer in southeast Durham near RTP.
Voller Realty & Construction developed Daniel Ridge, a large-lot, well and septic community in Northern Chatham County.
